MAKE TIME FOR EACH OTHER
Have ‘together time’ in the morning and evening to ensure you’re both getting the right amount of attention from each other and making the most of each others company.
Split your chores where you can, prep breakfast together to make getting ready for work a little easier for both of you. It all helps to make it feel like there’s less to do around the home which in turn means you get to spend more quality time together.
SHARE YOUR SCHEDULE
Don’t be the guy that leaves your partner wondering why you’re late home from work again…her mind will be going mental with sordid affairs and secretaries in stockings. If there’s a big project going down at work let everyone know so as not to disappoint if date night doesn’t happen this week.
FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION
You turn down things and say no to commitments to make sure you get your work done, make sure you do the same for your partner if they’re in need of a little extra love.
ROUTINE, ROUTINE, ROUTINE
Now that you’re a team you need to adjust your routine a little to work for both of you. So make sure your old ways are given a little refresh to make sure they’re not impacting your other half.
